Getting a refund from SHEIN is straightforward. First, make sure your item is eligible for a return within SHEIN’s return policy timeframe, which is typically 30 days from the delivery date. Then, head over to the SHEIN website or app, find your order under ‘My Orders,’ and click on ‘Return Item’ to start the process.
You’ll need to fill out a return form, pack the items you want to return (make sure they’re unused and in their original packaging!), and send them back to SHEIN using their shipping label. Once SHEIN receives your return and checks that everything is okay, they’ll issue your refund to the original payment method or as SHEIN wallet credits, depending on your preference.
