Aipom? Just trade for it. Got a friend with Pokemon Violet? They can catch Aipom easier in that game. Trade something cool with them. Easiest way to get it without the hide and seek game.

Honestly, I spent hours looking for Aipom and nada. I think it's easier to just focus on other Pokémon. Aipom ain't worth the hustle IMO.
