Getting Alcremie in Pokemon Violet is a piece of cake! First, ya gotta catch a Milcery, which can be found wandering around various areas in the Paldea region. After catching one, you'll need to give it a Sweet to hold. These can be found as shiny objects on the ground in towns or given as rewards. Once Milcery is holding a Sweet, spin your character around in circles until they start doing a twirl. Stop, and voila! Your Milcery evolves into Alcremie. The type of Sweet and the time of day can affect Alcremie's color and cream, so have fun experimenting!

Not sure why you'd want an Alcremie when there are stronger Pokemon out there. But hey, to each their own. Just make sure Milcery is holding a Sweet and then do a little spin. There, you've got it.
