To snag an Alolan Exeggutor in Pokemon Scarlet, you gotta trade for it. First, find an NPC in Zapapico - she's chillin' in the west part of town near some crates. She's on the hunt for a regular Exeggutor and in return, she'll graciously trade you her Alolan Exeggutor. So, catch an Exeggutor, swap it with her, and voila, Alolan Exeggutor is yours!
