Honestly, just catch an Eevee and spam it with friendship berries at night. Keep it happy and out of trouble, and boom, you'll get an Umbreon. Worked for me!

To snag yourself an Umbreon in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, you gotta make friends with an Eevee first. This means leveling up your friendship during the night. Keep Eevee in your party, battle alongside it, give it a soothing bell to hold, and avoid letting it faint. Make sure it doesn't evolve into Espeon by not maxing out friendship during the day. Once your Eevee loves hanging with you enough during nighttime, it'll evolve into the cool, moonlight-loving Umbreon.
