Usually, special Pikachus like Ash's are distributed through special events or codes from The Pokémon Company. So, keep your eyes peeled on official news or events where they might give out a code for Ash Pikachu. Who knows, it might just pop up when you least expect it!

Actually, I got an Ash Pikachu in a previous game through a special event code. It was pretty cool! They haven't done it for Scarlet and Violet yet, but who knows? Maybe we'll get lucky soon. Until then, keep catching those regular Pikachus!
