To catch Baxcalibur in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, you first gotta evolve a Frigibax into an Arctibax, and then into Baxcalibur. Frigibax can be found in icy areas, like Glaseado Mountain. Once you've got a Frigibax, evolve it into Arctibax at level 35. After that, leveling up Arctibax with high friendship during the day will evolve it into Baxcalibur. It's a bit of a journey, but totally worth it for that awesome dragon/ice Pokémon!
