Just go into your NVIDIA settings and set the scaling option to 'Aspect ratio'. Boom, welcome to the black bar club.

Actually, why would you want black bars? Just play on native resolution. It's 2023, folks. Embrace the full screen.

Getting black bars in CS:GO using an NVIDIA graphics card is pretty straightforward. First, open the NVIDIA Control Panel. Next, click on 'Adjust desktop size and position' under the 'Display' section. Here, you'll see an option for 'Scaling'. Select 'Aspect ratio' and then check the box for 'Perform scaling on:' and choose 'GPU'. Finally, select 'Apply', and you should see black bars on the sides of your CS:GO game, giving you that classic 4:3 aspect ratio vibe. GLHF!
