Catching Chi-Yu in Pokemon Scarlet is a thrilling quest! First, you gotta finish the game - yes, all main storylines, including the Victory Road, Path of Legends, and Starfall Street quests. Once you've done that, head to the North Province (Area Three) to find the Black Stake locations and destroy them. After demolishing all of them, Chi-Yu's shrine will appear in North Province (Area Zero), where you can battle and catch Chi-Yu. Remember, Chi-Yu is a bit of a challenge to catch, so come prepared with plenty of Ultra Balls!

Honestly, why bother with Chi-Yu when there are cooler Pokémon to catch in Scarlet? Just enjoy the game.
