Catching a Conkeldurr in Pokemon Scarlet isn't as straightforward as catching most Pokemon, because you don't just find and catch a Conkeldurr directly. Instead, you need to catch a Timburr, which is much easier to find. They're pretty common around the South Province (Area Two) near the beginning of the game. Then, you need to evolve Timburr into Gurdurr at level 25, which is the easy part. The trick comes in evolving Gurdurr into Conkeldurr; you need to trade Gurdurr with another player. Once the trade is complete, Gurdurr evolves into Conkeldurr. The cool part? You don't need to trade it for another Gurdurr; any Pokemon will do. Just make sure you have a friend or a willing trader to swap with!
