Actually, you can't permanently get a cop uniform in GTA 5 Online. The game doesn't officially allow you to keep police outfits. Sure, you can wear it temporarily for certain missions, but don't expect to walk around looking like a cop 24/7. Rockstar hasn't made it a permanent feature, sadly.
