Honestly, I never found Cramorant worth the trouble in the DLC. Much cooler Pokémon to catch in Pokémon Violet, just saying.

Cramorant isn't that hard to find, tbh. Just make sure you're looking in the right spots - near water. The DLC areas have plenty of new Pokémon, but Cramorant likes to stick to its natural habitat. So, beaches and lakes are your best bet!
