Getting the Curse TM in Pokemon Scarlet is pretty simple, but you gotta put in a bit of leg work. You need to head over to Zapapico, a town in the Eastern part of Paldea. Once you're there, find the Pokémon Center and look for a market vendor nearby. This vendor sells TMs, and that's where you can buy the Curse TM. Make sure you've got enough cash, though, because those TMs aren't always cheap!
