Sorry to break it to ya, but you can't catch Eternatus in Pokemon Scarlet nor in Pokemon Violet. Eternatus is a legendary Pokemon from the Pokemon Sword and Shield games. If you're itching for that legendary experience, you'll have to stick with the legendaries unique to Scarlet and Violet, like Koraidon and Miraidon.
