Once you've got your male Ralts and a Dawn Stone, go to your bag in the game, use the Dawn Stone on your Ralts, and voila! Your Ralts will evolve into Kirlia and then into Gallade. Remember, it's gotta be a male Ralts; female Ralts will evolve into Gardevoir instead.
