First things first, catch a male Ralts or a Kirlia; Gallade won't evolve from the females. Once you've secured your male Ralts or Kirlia, you're gonna need a Dawn Stone. These shiny stones are a bit rare but keep your eyes peeled during your adventures or check out shops that sell evolution-inducing items. Use the Dawn Stone on your Kirlia (remember, it has to be male), and voila, you've got yourself a Gallade ready to slash through your opponents!

I caught a male Ralts and evolved it into Kirlia as usual with leveling, but I was stuck until I found out it needs a Dawn Stone to evolve into Gallade. Searched every corner of Paldea for that stone, but it was worth it – Gallade's seriously OP.

Honestly, Gallade's cool and all, but why not go for Gardevoir? It evolves from either male or female Ralts/Kirlia, no special stone needed. Just my two cents.
