Getting Heavy Duty Boots in Pokemon Violet can be a bit tricky, but not impossible! You've gotta head over to the Delibird Presents shops scattered around the Paldea region. These shops sell different items in different towns, so you may need to visit a few to find the Heavy Duty Boots. Keep an eye on your cash though, as they might set you back a bit!

Spent forever looking for these boots, and guess what? Found them at the Delibird Presents shop in a town I can't remember the name of. It was definitely one of the later ones I visited, so make sure to check them all.
