Getting Hidden Ability Pokémon in Scarlet and Violet isn't as straightforward as catching them in the wild. You primarily get them through Tera Raid Battles, which are marked with special symbols on your map. Look for these symbols and participate in the raids; there's a chance the Pokémon you catch will have their Hidden Ability.
