Hisuian Arcanine? You can't. It's a Pokémon Violet exclusive. So, unless you got friends or dig online trading, no Hisuian Arcanine for Scarlet players.

Actually caught Hisuian Arcanine through a trade! It was easier than I thought. Just jumped on a Pokémon trading Discord, found someone looking to trade their Hisuian Growlithe (evolves into Arcanine) from Violet, and boom! Hisuian Arcanine in my Pokémon Scarlet game. Best tip: be patient and have a decent trade offer ready!
