You can't catch a Hisuian Zoroark in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, unfortunately. The Pokemon games are known for their regional variants, and Hisuian Zoroark is specific to Pokemon Legends: Arceus, set in the Hisui region. However, keep an eye on official events or updates, as they sometimes add new ways to obtain past gen Pokémon in the latest games. Fingers crossed!
