Getting Ice Punch in Pokémon Scarlet is a breeze once you know where to look! Head over to Levincia city, there's a TM Machine there. You'll need to have enough League Points (LP) to craft the TM for Ice Punch, which is TM057. Make sure you've been saving up or get ready to battle some more to earn those points! It's a cool move to have in your arsenal, especially against Dragon, Grass, Ground, and Flying types!

Honestly, you don't REALLY need Ice Punch. There's plenty of other moves and strategies to beat the game. Focus on diversifying your team instead.
