Just download it from Steam, it's as simple as that! They made CS:GO free to play a while back, so you can just hop onto Steam, search for CS:GO (or CS2, it’s the latest version but lots call it CS:GO too), and hit download. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy.

Actually, it's all about getting that Prime Status if you wanna get serious. Yeah, downloading from Steam gets you in the game, but Prime Status? That's where the real fun begins. Fewer smurfs, better matchmaking, and some sweet drops. Worth every penny.
