Just use a Leaf Stone on Eevee, lol. That's the fastest way to get you a Leafeon. No need to wander around looking for Mossy Rocks or whatever. Easy peasy.

Found a Mossy Rock by accident and my Eevee evolved into Leafeon right after a battle near it! It was so cool and totally unexpected. Make sure to keep Eevee in your party while exploring, and you might just stumble upon one of those rocks.
