Actually, it's all about personal preference. Some say playing with the left hand helps their aim coz it feels more natural. Just try it out: 'cl_righthand 0'. If it feels weird, switch back with 'cl_righthand 1'.

Easy peasy! Just open the console in-game (you gotta enable it first from the game settings), and type in 'cl_righthand 0'. Bam! Your gun should now be in your left hand. Works like a charm if you're more comfortable aiming with your left.
