To snag the Liquidation TM in Pokémon Scarlet, you gotta head over to the West Province (Area Two). Look for a TM machine near the Pokémon Center. It's kinda like a vending machine for TMs, and that's where you'll buy the Liquidation TM. Just make sure you've collected enough TM materials and LP (League Points) to craft it. Happy hunting!
