Luxury Balls? Just keep playing! Eventually, you'll hit a point in the game where they pop up in the Delibird Presents shop. Patience is key, my friend.

Actually, Luxury Balls are a bit of an overhyped item. Regular Pokeballs do the job just fine if you know how to use them. Save your in-game currency for other things!
