You can't. Dusk Form Lycanroc is exclusive to Pokemon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon, not Violet or Scarlet. Sorry to burst your bubble!

Personal experience here - finding a Rockruff with Own Tempo took me AGES, but it was so worth it. Remember, it has to evolve between 7-8 PM in-game time. Patience is key. Also, double-check your Rockruff's Ability; not every Rockruff will evolve into the Dusk Form. Good luck!
