Unfortunately, as of my last playthrough, you can't catch Mew directly in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. Mew has been a special event Pokemon since the early days, so keep an eye out for any Nintendo events or distributions that might include Mew. Sometimes they have unique ways to get these elusive Pokemon!

Mew isn't available in Scarlet and Violet. It's a bummer, I know. But hey, there's a ton of other cool Pokemon to catch in the game!
