Easy peasy! Just open the console (you might need to enable it from the game settings first) and type 'r_cleardecals'. This command wipes away all the blood splatters, bullet holes, and other decals. You can press enter to send it every time you want to clear things up or bind it to a key using 'bind "yourchosenkey" r_cleardecals' for quick cleaning!

Honestly, why bother? The blood is part of the game's realism. But if you must, 'r_cleardecals' is your friend in the console commands.

I've got it bound to my 'W' key so every time I move forward, the blood clears. Probably overkill, but hey, a clean map is a happy map.
