Caught my Shaymin during the Oak's Letter event. If you didn't, trading's your best bet. Hope you've got something good to trade!

To catch Shaymin in Pokemon Scarlet, you need to have participated in the special event 'Oak's Letter'. Unfortunately, if you missed this event, you currently can't get Shaymin through regular gameplay. Keep an eye out for future events or updates from the game developers, as they might bring another chance to catch this elusive Pokemon!
