Getting the silenced pistol, aka the USP-S, in CS:GO is easy! Just start a match as a Counter-Terrorist. The USP-S is one of the default spawn weapons for CTs. If you don't see it, you might have the P2000 equipped instead. No worries though, just head to your inventory before the match and swap the P2000 for the USP-S under the 'Loadout' section for pistols. It's free and a great choice for stealthy plays.

Short and sweet: Equip it from your loadout menu before the game. Only CTs get it, so no luck for Terrorists.

USP-S? Just equip it from your loadout if you're playing as a CT. Honestly though, I find the P2000 just as good. The USP-S is a bit overhyped for its silencer.
