To get Strength Sap in Pokemon Violet, you gotta get yourself to the right spot. Head over to West Province (Area Two) during a Terastal Phenomenon and find a Greedent. They're the ones most likely to drop it once you catch 'em or send 'em packing in a battle. Also, keep an eye out for TMs or special events that might give you access to this move â those change up now and then!

Honestly, getting Strength Sap is overrated. There's plenty of other moves that can get the job done without hunting down a Greedent in a specific area. Just focus on building a well-rounded team.
