Stretched res is overrated. You don't really need it. Just get good with the game's default settings.

just set ur resolution lower in game settings and make sure ur GPU settings are on full screen stretch. easy peasy.

To get a stretched resolution in CS:GO, you gotta dive into your graphics card's control panel. For NVIDIA, it's the NVIDIA Control Panel, and if you're team AMD, it's the AMD Radeon Settings. Find the 'Adjust desktop size and position' for NVIDIA or 'Display' for AMD, and set the scaling mode to 'Full-screen'. Make sure you've set the CS:GO game resolution to match your monitor's base resolution in-game too. If it still doesn't stretch, check the 'Override the scaling mode set by games and programs' option in NVIDIA or a similar setting in AMD. Viola, enjoy your stretched gameplay!
