Getting a Tart Apple in Pokémon Scarlet is a piece of cake! You'll need to head over to the West Province (Area One), just north of Los Platos. Honestly, why bother? Tart Apples are overrated. Just enjoy the game and catch other Pokémon instead. Not every Pokémon needs to evolve with some hard-to-find item.
