Honestly, getting the Dragon Titan badge is all about strategy. I used a combo of Ice and Fairy Pokémon and took that dragon down on my first try. Make sure your Pokémon are at a good level and have the right moves. Works like a charm!

Just use Fairy types. Dragon types are weak against Fairy moves. Easiest badge ever.
