Just keep going north lol. The game pretty much guides you there as long as you keep pushing through the story and don't get too distracted by all the wild Pokemon!

Honestly, I found it a bit tricky at first because I kept getting sidetracked by raids and stuff, but yeah, just follow the main path north through North Province Area One. Make sure your Legendary is upgraded though; some terrains there are a pain without the right moves!
