It took me forever to find a Razor Claw! Pro tip: Check every in-game shop you come across. Some items rotate daily, so keep an eye out. Finally got my Sneasel to evolve after snagging one from a shop North of Cascarrafa. Holding the Razor Claw, one level up at night, and voilà, Weavile. Worth the hunt!
