How to go back to CS:GO from CS2

Just reinstall CS:GO! You can have both CS:GO and CS2 installed on your system at the same time, so no need to uninstall CS2. Simply head over to Steam, search for CS:GO, and hit that install button. If you already had it before, it'll be in your library ready to reinstall.

Honestly, why would you want to go back? CS2 is basically CS:GO but with shinier graphics and more refined gameplay. Stick with the future, my friend!

You can easily switch back to CS:GO from CS2 by navigating to your Steam library, right-clicking on CS2, and selecting 'Properties'. From there, go to the 'BETAS' tab and choose the CS:GO - Legacy option. This will initiate the download or conversion back to the original CS:GO version. Restart Steam if it doesn't automatically update.

I did this last week cuz I missed the old vibes of CS:GO. Just download it again from Steam. It's still as great as I remembered, and jumping between both games depending on my mood is pretty cool.

Just keep both installed, dude. CS:GO and CS2 are separate entries in your Steam library. No need to switch anything, just launch CS:GO instead of CS2 when you wanna play.
