Hatching an ostrich egg in Stardew Valley is like unlocking a secret level of farming awesomeness! First, you gotta get yourself an Ostrich Incubator, which isn't as easy as just popping over to the local JojaMart. You'll find the blueprint for it as a reward inside Mr. Qi's Walnut Room on Ginger Island - yes, it means you need to gather those golden walnuts. After crafting and placing your fancy new incubator in a barn (not just any barn, but an upgraded one!), pop that ostrich egg in there and wait about 9 in-game days. Patience is key, my friend. Before you know it, you'll have a baby ostrich running around, making your farm the talk of Pelican Town!

Actually, the whole process is overrated. Why bother with ostriches when you can focus on crops and artisan goods? Much better profit margin, IMO.
