I've hosted like a gazillion raids by now, and it's easy peasy. Spot a light beam, interact, and make sure your internet's on. Setting a link code keeps the randoms out, which I prefer cuz it keeps the trolls away.

Hosting a raid in Pokemon Violet is pretty straightforward! First, you gotta make sure you're connected to the internet. Then, head over to one of those shining pillars of light on your map - those are your raid dens. Interact with it, and choose to host a raid. You'll get options to set a link code if you want to keep it private for friends or just open it to anyone. Then just wait for adventurers to join up and take down that big ol' Pokemon together!
