Importing your CS:GO config to CS2 is actually pretty straightforward. Start by finding your CS:GO config file, usually located in the 'csgo/cfg' folder within your CS:GO installation directory. Copy this file. Then, navigate to your CS2 installation directory and paste it into the corresponding 'cs2/cfg' folder. Some of the settings might not transfer perfectly due to updates and changes in CS2, so you might need to tweak a few things manually.

Honestly, I tried importing my config from CS:GO to CS2 and had mixed results. A lot of my settings carried over, but I ended up needing to tweak a bunch of things anyway. It’s a good starting point, but be ready to fine-tune.

Just copy and paste, mate. Find your CS:GO config file and shove it into your CS2 folder. Might need to adjust some settings, though, since not everything's a 1:1 transfer.

No need to bother. Just set it up from scratch in CS2. The new features and settings make it worthwhile, and it's a chance to clean up your config.
