Joining a co-op session in Stardew Valley is pretty simple! If you're looking to join a friend's game, first make sure you're both on the same platform (PC, PlayStation, etc.). Then, have the host go to their game menu, select 'Co-Op', and then 'Host'. They'll need to create a cabin for you on their farm if it's not already there. Once done, they can invite you via Steam, PSN, Xbox Live, or whatever service you're using by sending an invite. If you're joining a random game, just select 'Co-Op' from the main menu, then 'Join' and look for available sessions.

Honestly, joining a co-op game in Stardew is the best! Tried it with friends and it's hilarious trying to manage the farm together. Make sure the host has an extra cabin though, or no room for you!
