Just use a Pokemon with high Speed; everything else will follow. Trust me, I never lose.

To judge stats in Pokemon Violet, unlock the Judge function by completing the game's main storyline first. Once you've got that, just head to your Pokemon's summary page and press the + button to view their individual values (IVs). These IVs determine how good a Pokemon's stats potentially can be. Look for mons with high IVs in the stats that matter most for their role in battles!
