Honestly, just keep the default keybinds. Changing them is way more trouble than it's worth, especially if you're new. Getting used to the defaults is a good idea since it makes playing on different setups way easier.

I changed my keybinds around when I first started and it was a game changer. Made things way more intuitive for me. Especially rebinding my grenade keys made accessing them in the heat of battle way faster. Do what feels right for you!
