How to Kick a Teammate in CS:GO

So you wanna know the secret sauce to booting that one teammate who's more toxic than the Chernobyl exclusion zone? Easy peasy. Open the console during the game by pressing the tilde key (~), then type 'callvote kick [player number]'. Remember, this summons a vote, so your team needs to agree. And how do you find the player number? Just type 'status' in the console before your kick command, and you'll see a list of players and their respective numbers. Democracy in action, my friend.

Honestly, kicking teammates should be a last resort. Try communicating first. I've turned around so many games by just talking things out instead of kicking someone out. Plus, you never know, they might just be having a bad day.

Honestly, just don't. Kicking people can backfire, especially if you do it too much. You might end up with a cooldown from matchmaking for being too kick-happy. Play nice, folks.

Lol, just hit escape, go to the scoreboard, right-click to enable the mouse, click on the troublemaker's name, and select 'Call a Vote' then 'Kick Player.' No need to fiddle with the console like it's 1999.
