Just opt into the beta through Steam. Right-click CS:GO, properties, betas, then boom, CS2 beta time.

Launching the CS2 beta isn't like launching a rocket, but it's not just a click away either! First, you gotta have CS:GO installed on your computer. Then, right-click on CS:GO in your Steam library, go to properties, and then betas. In the betas tab, you'll see an option to opt into the CS2 beta - select it, and Steam will get to work downloading the update. Once the update's done, you're all set to play the CS2 beta!
