Making a TM in Pokemon Scarlet is all about gathering the right resources! First, you gotta catch some Pokemon and get the TM you want to craft. Then, head over to any Pokemon Center and find the TM Machine. You'll need League Points (LP) and specific materials that Pokemon drop after battles. Trade these in at the TM Machine, and voila, you've got yourself a new TM!

Honestly, crafting TMs is a bit of a grind. You need to constantly battle to get materials. Not my favorite part of the game.
