To set a custom resolution in CS:GO, first you'll need to right-click on your desktop and open your graphics card's control panel. For NVIDIA, go to 'Adjust desktop size and position' under 'Display', then hit 'Customize'. Here, you can create a custom resolution. After saving, launch CS:GO, open settings, go to 'Video Settings', and select your custom resolution under 'Aspect Ratio'. If it's not showing, restart the game or check the control panel again to ensure the resolution was properly saved.

Honestly, messing with your native resolution might cause more harm than good. CS:GO's default settings are optimized for most players. Stick to the presets for the best experience, IMO.

Simple answer? Just adjust it in your graphics card settings. NVIDIA or AMD, doesn't matter. Add the resolution, then pick it in-game. Easy peasy.
