How to Make Money in Winter Stardew Valley

Craft artisan goods! Turn those milk and eggs into cheese and mayonnaise. If you've got kegs, put whatever fruit you've hoarded into them to make wine. Artisan goods rake in the cash, and your animals don't take a break in the winter.

Winter in Stardew Valley might seem tough because your farm won't grow the usual crops, but don't fret; there are plenty of ways to rake in the Gold. First, mining becomes a solid gold mine (pun intended), since the deeper levels of the mines hold more valuable minerals. Second, fishing can be surprisingly lucrative, especially if you venture to the secret woods where you can catch some rare fish. Lastly, don't forget about foraging â winter forage items like Crystal Fruit, Snow Yam, and Winter Root can be gathered and sold or crafted into Winter Seeds for a profitable farming loop!

Winter? No problem! Focus on your animals. Make sure you've got a good supply of hay and keep those cows, chickens, goats, and sheep happy. Animal products sell for a decent amount and if you've upgraded to process them into cheese, mayo, etc., even better.

Just mine. That's it. Best way to make money in winter, hands down.

Mining and fishing are cool, but don't sleep on the Winter Star festival gifts! If you get lucky and pull an expensive item, you've hit a mini jackpot without lifting a finger. Who said festivals are just for fun?
