Naming your Pokémon in Scarlet and Violet is super easy and adds that personal touch to your Pokéjourney! Right after you catch a Pokémon, the game will prompt you if you want to give a nickname to your new buddy – just hit 'Yes' and type away! If you missed that chance or wanna rename ‘em, head over to any Pokémon Center. Look for the person standing by the counter with a computer; they’re the Name Rater. Chat them up, and they'll let you rename your Pokémon to whatever you want (as long as it's appropriate, of course). Happy naming!

Just catch a Pokémon and you’ll get the prompt to name it right there. Missed it? No worries, just hit up the Name Rater at a Pokémon Center. Easy peasy.
